All products are handmade in small batches. Due to the handmade nature of our items, slight variations in color, scent, size, or design may occur. These variations are normal and do not constitute defects.

Our soaps and candles are made with carefully selected ingredients. However, we cannot guarantee that products are free from allergens. Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient lists before purchase. Crafty Girl Co. is not responsible for allergic reactions or sensitivities.

Always perform a patch test before using any soap or skincare-related product.

Candles must be used responsibly. Never leave a burning candle unattended, keep away from flammable materials, children, and pets, and follow all candle care instructions provided. Crafty Girl Co. is not responsible for damage or injury caused by improper use.

Cups are intended for normal household use only. Unless explicitly stated, cups may not be microwave-safe or dishwasher-safe. Please follow care instructions provided with your purchase.

Due to hygienic reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can review the issue.

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. [Your Business Name] is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Once an order is shipped, responsibility transfers to the carrier.
